These terms govern your use of Flux and its services. By accessing the platform you agree to them.

1. The service

Flux provides cross-border settlement infrastructure over an API. We settle on stablecoins and provide a reconciled ledger for every payment.

2. Your obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy of payment instructions and for maintaining your own compliance with applicable law.

3. Fees

Fees are charged per settled transaction and disclosed before you send. We never charge hidden FX spread.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Flux for any unlawful purpose, including sanctions evasion or money laundering.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flux's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
